Melissa has over 20 years' experience in HR Advisory and Consultancy Services, having worked in Ireland, the UK, Australia and America across a range of different industries.

Qualified with a Bachelor of Business (HR), Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland, Melissa's qualifications and expertise span all areas of the HR remit. This includes:
